Our Steps to Creating Your Personalized Training Plan

Introduction: In our first meeting together, we will go over your lifestyle and health questionnaire, dive deep into your goals. You will also receive a Welcome Packet that dives deeper into nutrition to help you tweak your diet right away!

 

Assessment: In our second meeting, we will do a lot of different movement assessments. The assessments will be different according to every person’s unique goals, but essentially, we will go over your static posture, dynamic movement, and assess your cardio and strength. This will give us a baseline understanding of any muscle imbalances that you may have, and it will also set a baseline level to gauge our results from!

 

Assignment: Once we have assessed where you are at, you will receive your workout assignment! The workout is delivered through an application on your phone where you can watch example videos for each exercise AND seamlessly track the amount of weight and reps that you do to easily track your progress.

 

Each Personalized Training Plan is for 3 Months long and integrates nutrition, mindset, strength, and mobility training. We aim for total health and wellness, and provide you with the resources to be successful on your fitness journey!
