Lemon Poppyseed muffins are my favorite, but they aren’t great for meeting my nutrition goals. Que: Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats! I could not get enough of these amazing overnight oats.

 

I think of them longingly as I reflect back to the mornings when I would grab the Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats from the fridge. Most of my overnight oats I follow a general guideline and simply add little tweaks here and there to achieve my desired flavor. I was very passionate about these Oats, and so I added some special protein powder (only 1 scoop as it is very sweet!) and pudding powder… so yummy!

 

With wholesome ingredients like oats, Greek yogurt, and fresh lemon juice, these overnight oats provide a good balance of carbs, protein, and fiber to kickstart your day on the right note. Plus, the addition of poppyseeds adds a delightful crunch and a hint of nuttiness to every bite. It's the perfect way to add a touch of sunshine to your breakfast routine!
